TMY LTD is a limited company that manages this site. We are incorporated in Jan 2018 in England and Wales as a private limited company. Our company registration number is 11129298. Registered office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Our main activities are to manage internet home page site to educate and network professional business person.
For the purpose of GDPR, we are both “Data controller” and “Data processor”. This means that we are responsible for gathering and processing the personal data obtained from you.

We use personal data to contact you regarding our services.

We will keep your personal data unless you unsubscribe.
6.2 Our service subscription
We will keep your personal data (per 4.3) unless you unsubscribe.
7. Data sharing
We will not share your personal data with third parties in commercial sector without your consent, which is asked when you register our services in Mailchimp. In case where law and regulation require us to disclose certain personal data we hold for you, we must do so to comply with the law.
IT and cloud service providers that we use such as Google, Facebook and Mailchimp will store your personal data for us. We will ensure that they are compliant with relevant laws and regulations and will not allow them to use the data outside of specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
8. Data security
We have implemented commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent misuse, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure of your personal data. The access to your personal data is limited to TMY LTD directors and management team.
9. Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe anytime you want from our mailing list.
However, if we keep receiving automated notification from server stating that email cannot find you when we send out our communication to you, we will regard this as a non-use of such email address and will remove it from our mailing list as and when appropriate.
